5.2 International Shipping

5.2  International Shipping

A.   For orders shipped internationally, shipping costs are calculated as follows. Please note that additional costs may be incurred in the event the cost to ship exceeds the charges stated below.

Canada12% of order sub-total up to $125.00

$14.00 Flat Rate on orders of $125.00 or more

$17.00 Flat Rate on qualifying S.A.T. Pack purchases

If 2lbs, add $5.00If 3lbs, add $10.00If 4lbs, add $15.00

All Other Countries

20% of order sub-total up to $125.00

$22.00 Flat Rate on orders of $125.00 or more

$32.00 Flat Rate on qualifying S.A.T. Pack purchases

If 2lbs, add $10.00If 3 lbs, add $20.00If 4 lbs, add $30.00

B.   The tracking number for orders will be emailed and added to each Product Consultant’s back office where it can be viewed at any time in the order history. 

C.   For international orders, it is highly recommended that personal information (name, address, phone number and email) be verified before order submission as once the shipment is in the care of the US Postal Service, we cannot, by regulation, make changes.

Customers and Product Consultants acknowledge responsibility of, and agree to abide by, their country’s import laws and restrictions, and agree to assume total responsibility for confiscated, lost, delayed, or destroyed shipments due to import restrictions, etc. 

It is important to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, product being destroyed, or returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order, and whether any additional licenses or permits are needed.

D.   It is the responsibility of the Customer and Product Consultant to provide accurate International shipping information. Packages returned as undeliverable are subject to the goDésana, a Green Organics International (“Green Organics LLC”) company, published return policy.

E.   In the event the customer decides to CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS originally included with the online order, a NEW ORDER MUST be submitted as goDésana, a Green Organics International (“Green Organics LLC”) company, is not responsible for replacing/reimbursing MIS-ROUTED PACKAGES to customers after a change of address.

F.   Customers and Product Consultants agree to indemnify the shipper and goDésana, a Green Organics International (“Green Organics LLC”) company, against any claims or additional fees, tariffs, fines, penalties, or loss in relation to said shipment.

G.   Customers and Product Consultants are responsible for all import taxes and/or customs duties, shipping fees including any and all expenses for lost, damaged, spoiled, stolen, delayed, redirected, re-routed shipments, including the cost to re-ship products and a 20% product loss fee of total shipment, to be charged to the card on file before the order is re-shipped.
