7.3 Adjustments to Bonuses and Commissions for Returned Products

7.3  Adjustments to Bonuses and Commissions for Returned Products

A.  A Product Consultant receives bonuses and commissions based on the actual sales of products to end consumers and to Product Consultants through product and service purchases. When a product or service is returned for a refund from the end consumer or by a Product Consultant, the bonuses and commissions attributable to the returned product or service will be deducted from the Product Consultant who received bonuses or commissions on such sales. Deductions will occur in the month in which the refund is given and continue every pay period thereafter until the bonus/and or commission is recovered.

B.  In the event that a Product Consultant terminates his or her Product Consultant ship, and the amounts of the bonuses or commissions attributable to the returned products or services have not yet been fully recovered, the remainder of the outstanding balance may be offset against any other amounts that may be owed to the terminated Product Consultant.
